Meet Our Founder
Dr. Vernita Council-Howard
Founder & CEO | Visionary | Publisher | Coach | Advocate | Global Impact Leader
Dr. Vernita Council-Howard is a visionary leader committed to helping people move beyond simply having a dream to building something that creates lasting impact. As the Founder and CEO of She Blazes Global Enterprises LLC, she has created a growing platform where purpose, entrepreneurship, publishing, creativity, leadership, and community impact come together.
Known affectionately as Dr. V, she believes that what God places inside of you is not meant to remain hidden—it is meant to be developed, positioned, and released to impact others.
From Vision to Global Impact
Dr. V's journey has been shaped by faith, perseverance, service, and a desire to create opportunities for others. Rather than allowing life's challenges to define the limits of her future, she transformed her experiences into fuel for purpose.
Through She Blazes Global Enterprises LLC, she has developed multiple avenues designed to help individuals, entrepreneurs, authors, leaders, and organizations bring their visions to life. This includes She Blazes Publishing, She Blazes 360, She Blazes Creations, She Blazes Music, and the growing She Blazes Global Impact community.
Her vision extends beyond building businesses. She is passionate about building people.
The Vision Behind She Blazes Global Impact
Dr. V founded She Blazes Global Impact with a simple but powerful belief:
Impact becomes greater when we stop building alone and begin connecting, collaborating, and creating opportunities for one another.
She envisioned a community where entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, authors, coaches, creatives, ministries, professionals, and community organizations could gain greater visibility while building meaningful connections.
The She Blazes Global Impact Directory is more than a listing of names and businesses. It is designed to become a growing network where members can connect, collaborate, increase visibility, share resources, support one another, and expand their impact.
A Leader Who Builds Leaders
Dr. V's work reaches beyond entrepreneurship. She is an advocate, minister, transformation business and life coach, publisher, podcast host, educator, and community leader. Her heart for service is reflected in her work with survivors, aspiring entrepreneurs, emerging leaders, authors, and individuals who are ready to rediscover their purpose.
Whether she is helping someone publish their first book, establish a business, strengthen a nonprofit, develop a website, tell their story, or step confidently into leadership, her message remains consistent:
Your vision has value. Your story has purpose. Your voice matters. And there is room for you to blaze your own trail.
Her Mission
Dr. Vernita Council-Howard's mission is to ignite purpose, cultivate leaders, create opportunities, and build platforms that allow people to be seen, heard, equipped, and empowered to make an impact locally and globally.
She isn't building She Blazes simply for today.
She's building a legacy—and creating room for others to build theirs alongside her.
